MEAT SHAMI KEBAB
Our delicious Shami kebabs made with 100% Real Meat Content and soya free are the perfect delicasy to bring the authentic flavours of the sub continent to your table.
INGREDIENTS:
Mutton (70%), chana daal (20%), onion, potatoes, green chilli, mint, garlic, ginger, salt, herbs and spices (red chilli, turmeric, bay leaf, nutmeg, star aniseed, coriander seeds, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cumin)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
It is a pre-cooked product. Shallow fry in hot oil at 180°c for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
For best results, cook from frozen, coat in egg and shallow fry until golden brown. These are guidelines only.
