Crispy bite sized fish popcorn. Boneless pieces of premium fish fillet covered in amazing crispy batter.
INGREDIENTS:
Pangasius Hypophthalmus Skinless And Boneless Fish Fillet (40%), Water, Salt, Citric Acid, Potassium Dihydrogen Citrate. Coating (50%): Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Wheat Flour (contains Gluten) Modified Tapioca Starch, Wheat Fibre, Salt, Emulsifier (e472e), Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Soya Protein, Natural Colour (paprika), Spice (chilli. Garlic, Onion. White Pepper, Capsicum. Black Pepper), Flavour Enhancer (e635). Yeast Extract, Raising Agents (e450i, E500ii), Stabilizer (e451i, E450iii)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OVEN – Pre-heat the oven to 220°C Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 6, 20-25 mins. Place the product onto a baking tray in the oven.
DEEP FRY – Deep Fry at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes. For best results cook from frozen.
