Pangasius hypophthalmus skinless and boneless Fish fillet (50%), citric acid, (e330) potassium dihydrogen citrate (e332i), salt, Coating (50%): corn flour, Wheat flour, Wheat fibre, tapioca, dextrin, salt, food starch (Wheat), spices (black pepper, garlic, onion, pepper, capsicum), food starch-modified (tapioca; e1442, corn; e1404, tapioca; e1420), corn flour, Iodized refined salt (contains sodium ferrocyanide (e535) an anti caking), raising agents (e450i, e500ii), colours (e160c, e100), flavour enhancer (e635), isolate Soya protein, sugar white, Wheat Gluten, yeast extract, stabilizer (e451i, e450iii)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OVEN – Pre-heat the oven to 220°C Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 6, 20-25 mins. Place the product onto a baking tray in the oven.
DEEP FRY – Deep Fry at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes. For best results cook from frozen.
